Even on high end systems, I've seen it take 10, even up to 15 minutes before the mouse and keyboard were functional again. Someone else can tell you how to slipstream. Of course you cannot type because the keyboard doesn't work, so you need to know the location of the folder where the programs you are trying to run are.So, a little Windows 10 Either way does the same thing.
