Ran the 1st overnight and waking up it had done 4 test after 8h but failed all the hammer tests with2243 errors across a wide address range. once a day however the computer would completely freeze up with out BSOD. This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. Windows 10 Freezes Randomly I have never got a BSOD. Play around with the Restart on System Crash in System Properties > Advanced setting, it might allow you to see a/the blue screen instead of locking up when allowed to crash

I don't trust the new interface where everything is set to "Auto". Put cursor on Local disk C and RIGHT CLICK, then go down and click on properties. installed Microsoft's WinDbg for analyzing mini-dumps from crashes, and in System Properties set it to write an event in the system log if crash but the freezes don't create an entry I get random freezing, without BSOD and with the fans and everything still running.
