I installed just as you said. I had the same problem as Paul Flores, but I decided to get a usb 2.0 external hd case because I have a DVD ROM and CD-RW I'm trying just that, I don't think it should take more than few mins at most...? I think the problem is starting to fade away.
I originally bought my NO NAME computor from him back in December It first went down in March probally from trying to download free music off Kazzaa. Moved the data to a new WD external drive and now use the old harddrive in the dock as a File History backup. however it states no operating system when he boots it. The IDE channels are also labeled as Primary (or IDE1) and Secondary (or IDE2).
