Are there other computers on the network? At the time of posting this message, I'll let it run again and leave it on for longer, assuming it's just a time consuming process if nothing else. I can do this either by accessing Recovery Manager while logged in, or tapping the F11 key during startup. I didnt expect it to, because it came off of the internet, but it did!!!
The VGA.SYS I know is. There could have been a process running in the background, and then terminated, which could have caused a refresh. It'll be labelled Nvidia, AMD Radeon or ATi Radeon. Enableulps May work for those that get the explorer error message or not.
